fwiw, i18n has a similar checklist at
https://www.w3.org/International/i18n-drafts/techniques/shortchecklist
Here are a couple of things (apart from the layout) that the i18n page
does and the TAG page doesn't:
1. point to more detailed checklists/information
2. allow the checklist user to copy a report template into a GH issue,
where answers can be recorded and discussed (by the WG itself and by
the i18n WG).
