fwiw, i fixed the caption in figure 6 (may not have merged it yet though).

the sloping MA in figure 5 was the result of a bug in the Respec CMS.  It has now been fixed.

No problem!  Also looking at Figure 5, where MA is italicized, contrasting with the surrounding text.  Is that intended?
