In today’s I18N teleconference [1], the working group decided that we are okay with the July 2019 WHATWG snapshot being published as a CR. I18N continues to work with WHATWG on open issues, of which we have 45 as of this morning [2]. For future snapshots we hope to establish a mechanism for keeping track of which I18N issues have been resolved.
Thanks (for I18N),
Addison

Is the I18n WG ok for the July 2019 WHATWG HTML LS review draft to be moved to W3C CR? Thanks.
