[webvtt] Question about WebVTT CR transition [I18N-ACTION-712]

Congratulations on your recent CR transition of WebVTT.

The I18N WG noticed that we still have open issues [1][2] against this spec. Do you intend to resolve these during the CR period? How can we help?
