I18N-ISSUE-283: 113,023 [.prep-css3-counter-styles] http://www.w3.org/International/track/issues/283 Raised by: Richard Ishida On product: .prep-css3-counter-styles http://www.w3.org/TR/css-counter-styles-3/#complex-cjk 7.1 Longhand East Asian Counter Styles "Chinese, Japanese, and Korean have longhand counter styles, which have a structure similar to "one hundred thirteen thousand and twenty-three" in English. " This jarrs slightly, because in the numbering system in Japanese, for example, if you read out 113,023 it would involve a "ten-thousand" unit, so the 'structure' is not really similar. Maybe change to "thirteen thousand one hundred and twenty-three", and say 'have counter styles which have a longhand nature such as ... in English? Just an idea.
