I18N-ISSUE-151: This algorithm is different from the one defined in section 1.4 of Unicode Technical Standard #22 [Encoding-prep] http://www.w3.org/International/track/issues/151 Raised by: Richard Ishida On product: Encoding-prep "This algorithm is different from the one defined in section 1.4 of Unicode Technical Standard #22 as that algorithm is incompatible with legacy content." We should discuss the ramifications of this with the Unicode folks.
