Comment from the i18n review of: http://dev.w3.org/2006/waf/widgets/ Comment 23 At http://www.w3.org/International/reviews/0907-widgets-pc/ Editorial/substantive: E Tracked by: AP Location in reviewed document: 9.1 http://www.w3.org/TR/2009/WD-widgets-20090528/#processing-rules Comment: There is a term "i18n string". We typically do not like the term "i18n" to be used for anything (my car's license/number plate and my .sig are exceptions to this rule ;-)), and, in this case, it doesn't convey any meaning. I would prefer the term "localizable string", "localizable", or "language string". ============ Richard Ishida Internationalization Lead W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) http://www.w3.org/International/ http://rishida.net/
