During our telecon last night people were happy with the changes highlighted using change markup in http://www.w3.org/International/questions/temp.php The changes were made in an attempt to make it easier to understand concepts related to macrolanguages, specific language tags, extlangs, and predominant languages. If there are no further objections, I'd like to remove the change marks and update the article asap. Please let me know quickly if you have comments.
