All, I have created a very rough first copy of the time zone faq in xmlspec format and posted it to the site. It is linked from the WG home page and is located here: http://www.w3.org/International/core/2005/09/timezone.html http://www.w3.org/International/core/2005/09/timezone.xml I have not finished walking through and marking up all the markup bits and none of the references are placed yet. The abstract and front matter need work. In short, it isn't very pretty yet. But it does have all of the current text in it. With luck we can clean it up in time to submit it as a WD soon and promote towards note status in a couple of weeks. I'd like us to publish it as a WD and solicit comments externally (both within and outside the W3C). Addison Addison P. It is an architecture.
