Hi everybody, This is my preference: First choice: 1., 22h00 or 23h00 (Tokyo) Second choice: 2., 22h00 or 23h00 (Tokyo) Third choice: 3., 22h00 (Tokyo) I have also indicated times and dates independently, see below. Regards, Felix. All, We need to choose a new time for our weekly teleconferences due to the annual change over to daylight/summer time. As usual, there are no good choices that will satisfy everyone. Please send back a message to the list indicating your preference for date and your preference for time by ranking your first, second, and third choices for each. Day of Week: 1.[ 1] Monday (Tuesday Japan) 2.[ 2] Tuesday (Wednesday Japan) 3.[ 3] Wednesday (Thursday Japan) 4.[ ] Thursday (Friday Japan) Time of Day: A.[ 1] 14h00 * 06h00 * 08h00 * 22h00 B.[ 2] 15h00 * 07h00 * 09h00 * 23h00 C.[ 3] 16h00 * 08h00 * 10h00 * 00h00 D.[ ] 21h00 * 13h00 * 15h00 * 05h00 E.[ ] 22h00 * 14h00 * 16h00 * 06h00 F.[ ] 23h00 * 15h00 * 17h00 * 07h00 G.[ ] 00h00 * 16h00 * 18h00 * 08h00 H.[ ] none of the above (suggest something) (columns are: London, Pacific, Central, Tokyo) Note: We currently have membership in the following time zones: 3 (Tokyo) 1 (London) 1 (US Central) 1 (US Eastern) 4 (US Pacific) I have tried to select times as close to work hours as possible. Times where London and Tokyo crossover are post-midnight for the States. Times where the USA and Tokyo crossover are post-midnight for London. We should strive to be as inclusive as possible. I have reserved time in this week's call (on THURSDAY, remember?) to discuss the timing. Best Regards, Addison Addison P. It is an architecture.
