today I moved the editor's draft for Requirements for Hangul Text Layout and Typography to github at http://w3c.github.io/klreq/ i also checked the tracker issues at https://www.w3.org/International/track/products/42 i added two new issues based on comments sent by mail. i implemented changes that HyunYoung Kim indicated he wanted to make. i put links to the as yet unresolved issues into the document. i have closed the following issues, but will reopen if i hear objections: http://www.w3.org/International/track/issues/252 http://www.w3.org/International/track/issues/253 http://www.w3.org/International/track/issues/254 http://www.w3.org/International/track/issues/256 http://www.w3.org/International/track/issues/257 http://www.w3.org/International/track/issues/258 http://www.w3.org/International/track/issues/268 http://www.w3.org/International/track/issues/460 http://www.w3.org/International/track/issues/461 There are still a number of outstanding issues, and i urge the Korean editors to propose resolutions for those, and to update the Korean language version of the document (which i did not change, other than to add a note to say that the English is more up-to-date). i also added some text to the Status of this Document section to say that commenters can raise github issues if they prefer, rather than send email (but i don't yet know how to disable respec's standard clause about email feedback). ri
