[I18N-ISSUE-256] Use of head and end inconsistent [klreq]

Hello

Regarding inconsistent use of 'Head' and 'End', we decided to delete from
cl29 to cl32 at “3.1.2  Examples for Grouping by Typographic Characteristic
of Characters and Symbols” because of repeating contents of 3.1.1


Also we decided  to delete “Line Head” at “4.2.1 Line Head Indentation”
since 4.2.1 phrase describes general indentation.
