xfq has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/i18n-drafts: == Navigation bar styles == The navigation bar styles on the [homepage](https://www.w3.org/International/), [site pages](https://www.w3.org/International/i18n-drafts/nav/about), and [article pages](https://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-html-language-declarations.en.html) are not entirely consistent because they use three different implementation methods. It would be useful to unify them in the future.
