Re: [alreq] Hyphenation in Arabic script writing systems (#108)

The issues of the Tatar magazine "[Kazan utlary](https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Казан_утлары)" written in the [reformed Arabic alphabet](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yaña_imlâ_alphabet) have hyphenation across line breaks.
The first and second words hyphenated on [1922 #1](https://kazanutlary.ru/j-archive/journals/1922-1), page 1, column 2 are мәмлә-кәтнең ("of the land") and мәс-ьәләсе ("its problem").
The first word hyphenated on [1928 #10](https://kazanutlary.ru/j-archive/journals/1928-10), [page 2](https://kazanutlary.ru/images/uploads/j-archive/1928-10/003.jpg), column 1 is сәүдә-гәрләренеке ("belonging to their merchants")
