[i18n-drafts] [questions/qa-translate-flag] This has nothing to do in HTML tags - Google Chrome is already unusable because too remote hence simplistic (#793)

**This has nothing to do in HTML tags**
Google Chrome Settings Language so-called AI is already ARTIFICIAL STUPIDITY because NOT really thought. It even forgot to think that the translated material HAS TO appear as translated, or it will take the reader into grave misleading. For instance, I am French, living in France, and when visiting a series of Youtube videos, of a series of Google reviews on restaurants, I see a lot of pages in English. I first thought there were many tourists among the page visitors. Then accessing the pages with other devices and browsers, I discovered that those pages were IN FRENCH!
If so-called "developers" at Google are this ignorant of the real use, the ones at HTML dev teams will be even worse.
**This has nothing to do in HTML tags.** It is already above the complexity that Chrome is able to handle.
