Re: [clreq] 兒化音的注音符號標示方式 (#130)

大家看看这样翻译ok吗?

> Erhua is a unique phonetic phenomenon in certain Chinese dialects. Due to its word-by-word pronounciation, rather than segmented pronounciation, it is difficult to accurately express the continuity of Erhua syllables and tone changes while typesetting its Bopomofo annotations according to the Handbook of Mandarin Phonetic Symbols (國語注音符號手冊). Additional explanations are often reuiqred in the body text or as footnotes. However, in recent years, numerous Chinese language textbooks published in Taiwan have placed the Bopomofo annotation "ㄦ" nearer to the preceding character rather than centered over the base character "兒". Such an approach could better illustrate the phenomenon of Erhua.

> Romanization pinyin already uses base characters for phonetic annotation and effectively represents erhua.
