[i18n-drafts] [questions/qa-bidi-source] Alignment of figure and caption (#740)

xfq has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/i18n-drafts:

The image is centered, but the caption is left-aligned, which is a bit weird. Maybe we should center both of them?
