Re: [clreq] Multi-level counter styles (#646)

中国大陆方面有多个文件可以参考，比如

1. 国家标准 GB/T 15834—2011 《标点符号用法》 附录B中「B.3 序次语之后的标点用法」 的规定
2. 国家标准 GB/T 9704—2012《党政机关公文格式》7.3.3 中的规定，注意此标准实际内容与《臺北市政府公文製作參考手冊（第2版）》前面四层的写法基本一致，只有在第三层阿拉伯数字后面的标点符号用法不一。
3. 行业标准 CY/T 35—2001 《科技书刊的章节编号方法》，注意此标准与 ISO 2145 和 ISO 5966 的关系
