xfq has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/iip: == Font styling & weight == [4.2.4 Font styling & weight](https://www.w3.org/International/ilreq/tamil/#fontstyle) seems to have little to do with context-based shaping & positioning. It might be useful to move it to section 4.3, or to a subsection of section 4.1.
