bluesunTL has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/jlreq: == 3.1.6 Unclosed tag in translation == In [section 3.1.6]( https://www.w3.org/TR/jlreq/#positioning_of_dividing_punctuation_marks ), there is an improper tag in the English text, and it isn't parsed as a result.
