channeladam has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/charmod-norm:

There a small typo on a character code.

In Example 13 (https://www.w3.org/TR/charmod-norm/#example-13)

The Font Variant is documented as:
```
ℌ
U+201C
```

However, this should actually be:  
```
ℌ
U+210C
```
