r12a has just submitted a new pull request for https://github.com/w3c/i18n-drafts: == Draft of update == Removed sections with tables and added a new table to show languages using RTL scripts, with countries and user populations. Fixed some further links. Removed the dupicate TOC at the start. Changed the title and question to focus specifically on RTL scripts.
