r12a has just submitted a new pull request for https://github.com/w3c/bp-i18n-specdev: == Suck Charmod text into 4.1 Choosing a definition of 'character' == As discussed in the 12 May telecon, this tests the idea of bringing explanatory text into specdev from Charmod. Where it makes sense, explanatory text is simply copied around the mustard. In some cases, the Charmod text is summarised, and in a couple of cases, the Charmod Appendix B is pointed to for more information. The title of expanding link details below mustard is changed to 'source' when the text is copied or mostly reproduced from the Charmod text. In a couple of places, additional link details were added so that there are pointers to both the source and further examples.
