我想提出兩點： 第一，英文排版對外文有對外文加 typographic distinction (即 CSS 所指的所謂 emphasis) 的傳統，但在編輯傳統中 typographic distinction 通常是指所謂斜體 (italics)。當然，在英文排版中，處理的外文通常不是中文；再者，對一般的西方讀者，中文和英文已經有足夠的 typographic distinction，所以中文通常不加處理。(又，近年西方開始對「外文」不加 typographic distinction，理由是對於雙語人士，英文以外的另一種語言，其實不是外文，所以對一些人來說，這種 typographic distinction 帶有岐視之嫌。) 第二，有正式排版時，serifed 或 unserifed 並不一定是設計者的最重要考慮，更加可能的是字體的配合有沒有產生希望產生的和諧感（如果希望不強調中英文的不同）或差異感（如果希望強調中英文的不同，或其他對術或其他原因） 就是，這其實不是中文特有的問題，而是 W3C 設計 CSS 時大概沒有設計者的參與，忽略了這種 use case。 -- GitHub Notification of comment by acli Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/clreq/issues/426#issuecomment-999890392 using your GitHub account -- Sent via github-notify-ml as configured in https://github.com/w3c/github-notify-ml-config
