I'm not sure there's an issue here, so i will close it until further information arrives. The [Bengali Layout Requirements](https://w3c.github.io/iip/bengali/#h_danda) doc talks about the possibility of a space appearing before the danda, to balance the white space – in which case, the danda shouldn't wrap alone to the next line.
