[i18n-activity] Having names of users from various cultural backgrounds (#956)

fsasaki has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/i18n-activity:

== Having names of users from various cultural backgrounds ==
Section 6 "use cases / persona"
https://www.w3.org/TR/2020/WD-coga-usable-20200717/#persona

The section defines personas like "Anna", "Carolyn" or "Frank". The names of the personas denote a European background. We suggest to use names that denote a diverse cultural background. In that they it becomes more obvious that the goal of the document is relevant for a global audience.
