himorin has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/jlreq:

== Positioning of opening brackets at line head ==
When starting a new line with opening brackets after forced line break, several options exist for amount of spacing before the opening brackets, as in [JLReq section 3.1.5](https://www.w3.org/TR/2012/NOTE-jlreq-20120403/#positioning_of_opening_brackets_at_line_head):

This is proposed in css-text-4 as text-spacing, not implemented yet in browsers.

(tests are proposed in i18n-tests as PR).
