kidayasuo has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/jlreq:

3.2.6 d: Error in the amount of the space between Kanji and alpha numeric characters.

The amount of inter-character spacing between Kanji and alpha numeric characters is specified as quarter em spacing. Traditionally it actually was quarter of halfwidth (or monospace latin). It should be described as such, or as "eighth em spacing".

from 2020-01-30 TF meeting. Raised by Bin-sensei.
