[clreq] English translation of 行距 (#297)

xfq has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/clreq:

== English translation of 行距 ==
Currently we use "line gap" for the English of 行距. However, unlike "column gap" (栏距), I think "line spacing" is more commonly used. I suggest that we use "line spacing" instead.
