xfq has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/jlreq: == How to add ID to an element? == We should probably mention how to add a IDs to an element in [EDITING.md](https://github.com/w3c/jlreq/blob/gh-pages/EDITING.md). For example, if I want to add a new `li` after [id250](https://w3c.github.io/jlreq/#id250), what id should I use?
