xfq has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/jlreq:

== Links to illustrations in the Japanese version ==
In the Japanese-only version, the links to the illustrations are "Figure x" instead of "図x". This seems to be a regression.

(For an example, compare the first paragraph in [ED § 2.2.3](https://w3c.github.io/jlreq/#elements-of-page-formats) in the 日本語 mode and [WG Note § 2.2.3](https://www.w3.org/TR/2012/NOTE-jlreq-20120403/ja/#elements_of_page_formats).)
