I agree with moving fig 14 down. The reason it was up was that an earlier stylesheet for this document floated the figures, and by being immediately before point 4 (in the source), it could be next to it once floated. Since we're not floating, being after point 4 makes sense. > I'm not able to fix the reference to the illustration in the Japanese version, though, because the .indd source file is not in the repo.
