Re: [jlreq] fixed 3.7.4 note 2 as suggested (#116)

It seems strange to me that Unicode character names and the characters named are used in the English text, but not in the Japanese text.  I would expect that either:

a. Unicode names and characters are used for both translations (probably with additional explanatory text in Japanese), or
b. characters are simply described in the English as they are in Japanese.

I think i favour (a).
