[predefined-counter-styles] description for greek counter

According to discussion at https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/135 it seems like "lower-greek" is mainly used in the Maths field while "greek-*" are mainly used by the Greek language. Maybe the note can further clarify about it a bit?
