Re: Restructuring of the ALReq document

Ah, yes.  Not sure i can easily dig up a link, but the summary is that 
we already have gap analysis docs for Kashmiri and Uighur, and hopefully 
soon Urdu. I expect lreq docs to follow for those. Since these all use 
the Arabic script, but in significantly different ways from Arabic & 
Persian languages, and therefore need separate documents, we decided 
that we needed to make the document title more closely reflect what the 
current alreq doc covers.
