First Public Meeting of Arabic Layout Requirement Task Force

This Tuesday, September 1st 2015 at 8:00pm PST, we will hold our first
public meeting of Arabic Layout Requirement Task Force via
video-conferencing. I updated the working draft[1] with outlines for most
of topic keywords.
