Dear HCG,
Please send status reports and agenda items for the March 23 HCG call.
Minutes from the previous call (February 10 -- the February 24 call and
March 9 calls were
cancelled).

Note that March 23 is in between time changes for Daylight Savings Time.
The USA has changed to daylight savings time, but Europe has not and
consequently the call will be one hour earlier tomorrow.
