Please write plain-text mails instead of HTML mails

Hey folks,

I may sound like a broken record by now but since we have quite a few new
members let me say once more :-) Please follow the mailing list etiquette
and write text-only mails (instead of HTML-formatted mails). It makes our
lives easier and ensures that everything can be properly archived.

For an example of what can go wrong with HTML mails, have a look at this:

At the bottom you can't tell anymore what was said by Tomasz and what was
said by Asbjørn.
