I guess I will eventually make that the default then,
with the VoID equivalent as a recommendation.

(Note: perhaps we should say something at hydra:totalItems,
maybe even make the relation explicit in the vocabulary.)

Current implementations seem exact for low numbers
and within 10% error margin for large numbers.
