Good, but then I come back to my earlier point:
it's either angular brackets for everything (all IRIs),
or nothing (not just IRIs as types).

Nobody uses angular brackets in URL parameters,
which is what this features is about.
More disruptive to add them than not to.

Then client and server have to have a common set of prefixes.
