Re: [Specifications] CreateAction with HTTP PUT

I think [`hydra:IriTemplateMapping`](http://www.hydra-cg.com/spec/latest/core/#hydra:IriTemplateMapping) ([example 15](http://www.hydra-cg.com/spec/latest/core/#x5-2-templated-links)) and [`hydra:SupportedProperty`](http://www.hydra-cg.com/spec/latest/core/#hydra:SupportedProperty) ([example 8](http://www.hydra-cg.com/spec/latest/core/#x4-2-documenting-a-web-api)) already work in quite similar similar way. At the same time I think we need to have them distinct, for example I would have `hydra:IriTemplateMapping` for UUID but I wouldn NOT want to include that UUID as `hydra:SupportedProperty`.
At the same time we may want to have a way that if resource has both `hydra:IriTemplateMapping` and `hydra:SupportedProperty` for `dc:title`, both expect a value from 'expected' resource.
