I run a UK company which is focussed on advice services (a spin-off from a
national advice service many years ago).  We produce and carry-out:-

Welfare benefits eligibility calculators (and other similar schemes)

A future benefits model which assesses the impact of proposed changes to the
UK benefits system

A utilisation assessment system for analysing, in particular, advice
services and agencies.

Training and e-learning in welfare benefits

Modules for integration in other's systems (hence a particular interest in
data schemas)

Consultancy in advice and information

 

I'm vice-chair of Husita, chair of the Welsh Welfare Rights Advisers group,
chair of DOSH - a not for profit which offers financial advocacy to people
with a learning disability and a member of the editorial board of the
Adviser magazine.
