Old spec under https://www.w3.org/html/wg/spec/*

Hi HTML WG,

A coworker of mine somehow navigated to
https://www.w3.org/html/wg/spec/browsers.html and didn't realize it wasn't
the current HTML spec.https://www.w3.org/html/wg/spec/ redirects to
https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/, but its subpages don't, and they
don't have any warning that they're out of date. Could y'all either
redirect them or prominently mark them as out of date?
