A Call For Consensus (CFC) to publish the First Public Working Draft 
(FPWD) of the [HTML Ruby Markup 
Extensions](https://w3c.github.io/html-ruby/) in accordance with the 
[Agreement on HTML Ruby 
Markup](https://www.w3.org/2022/02/ruby-agreement), has been posted here:
https://github.com/w3c/htmlwg/issues/26



If you object to the HTML Ruby Markup Extensions FPWD being published, 
please post a comment on that issue with your reasons, no later than the 
end of your day on Tuesday 30 April 2024.
