This is a Call for Review of a proposed recharter for the HTML Working 
Group:

The deadline for responses is 03:59 UTC on 23 May 2022 (23:59, Boston 
time on 22 May) [0].

This proposed charter takes into account an update to the WHATWG MOU, by 
adding Fetch and Ruby Markup Extensions in the deliverables section.

The Advisory Committee Representatives of current participants will need 
to have their organizations re-join the group if the revised charter 
gets approved, as the new charter adds new deliverables with licensing 
obligations under the W3C Patent Policy.

The current HTML Working Group charter [1] is hereby extended until 30 
June 2022. This extension will give W3C additional time for the AC review.

The group is currently chaired by Theresa O'Connor (Apple) and Léonie 
Watson (TetraLogical).
