This proposed charter takes into account an update to the WHATWG MOU, by adding Fetch and Ruby Markup Extensions in the deliverables section. The Advisory Committee Representatives of current participants will need to have their organizations re-join the group if the revised charter gets approved, as the new charter adds new deliverables with licensing obligations under the W3C Patent Policy.
