Dear Advisory Committee Representative,
Chairs,

The HTML Working Group charter [1] is hereby extended until 30 November 
2021.

The mission of the HTML Working Group is to give input to and bring the 
WHATWG HTML and DOM Review Drafts to W3C Recommendations.

Following the update [2] to the Memorandum of Understanding with WHATWG, 
the HTML Working Group plans to recharter the group. The current charter 
is hereby extended to accommodate the recharter process.

More information about the HTML Working Group can be found on its home 
page [3].

The group is currently chaired by Theresa O'Connor (Apple, Inc.) and 
LĂ©onie Watson (TetraLogical).
