We need your input please. A Call For Consensus (CFC) has been posted on
Github:
https://github.com/w3c/htmlwg/issues/12

If you support the proposal to publish the January 2020 HTML Standard
Review Draft as a W3C Candidate Recommendation, please add a "thumbs up"
reaction or a comment to the issue.

If you do not support the proposal, add a "thumbs down" reaction or
leave a comment with the reason you do not agree.

If you could do this by the end of your day on Saturday 6 June 2020,
