Update on ARIA in HTML

Steve,

Could you post an update on ARIA in HTML? It would be good to hit Rec at 
about the same time as HTML5.2 if we can.

We asked for wide review feedback by 30th April. We've had comments from 
the TAG [1]. We have some issues from APA (that Michiel will file ASAP) 
[2], and I've asked the I18n people for confirmation that their review 
is complete [3].
