Timeline for HTML5.2

Hello HTML,

We have a proposed timeline for HTML5.2. It goes a little something like 
this..

We'll aim to update the WD once a month from December 2016 through to 
May 2017.

6th June 2017:
Update the WD, send out a CFC to transition the spec to CR, and fork the 
spec to create the version that will become the FPWD for HTML5.3.

20th June 2017:
Publish CR of HTML5.2, open AC PR review.

1st September 2017:
CR for HTML5.2 ends, send out CFC for transition to PR.

14th September 2017:
Publish PR of HTML5.2.

16th October 2017:
AC PR review ends.

1st November 2017: Publish HTML5.2 as W3C Recommendation.
