multiple pages vs. single page

The single-page HTML5 spec (http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/single-page.html as accessed May 3, 2015) says, "This specification is also available as a single page HTML document." I think what was meant was, "This specification is also available on multiple pages." I'm basing the latter on <http://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria/complete>, as accessed the same day.
